Ok first of all, are you sure you've got your password right? Just in case try requesting a new password (see below).
If your password is correct and you still can't login, it could be your browser - we are aware of issues with certain toolbars in IE - or an issue with your computer. Can you try logging in from another PC? Or try using another browser, If this helps, you'll need to get your own IT guys to look at your PC. Alternatively send our Web Technical Support an Email on websupport@tonergraphics.co.uk

I've forgotten my login / password what do I do?
If you click the 'forgot password' link in the User Login box on the left, you will be presented with a page asking you to enter your email address. You will then be sent a new password.
